With a Master’s in Quantitative Finance from CMU and a Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from HKU, Bill combines strong academic training with real-world experience across insurance, risk management, and asset-management quantitative research. His background spans model validation, enterprise risk control, and quantitative modelling.
